SIP CAD DetailsNew structural insulated panel (SIP) CAD details are now being offered at www.apacad.org.

The free downloadable CAD details are available in .DWF, .DWG, .DXF, and PDF formats. This addition brings the total number of details within APA's CAD detail library to over 150. Other details offered include those for panel floor, roof and wall construction; glulam beams; I-joist floor framing; fire-rated systems; and lateral load connection for low-slope roof diaphragms, among others.

The new SIP CAD details include wall-to-wall connections; wall-to-roof connections; roof-to-roof connections; roof-to-wall truss connection; foundation connections; second floor connection details; eaves detailing; and door and window framing.
