Payment & Policies
Required in U.S. Currency:
- Credit card: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express
- Check: Payable to APA. Invoice/confirmation number must be included. Select "Send Invoice"—the system will send you an email showing the amount due. Send payment to: APA, 7011 S. 19th Street, Tacoma, WA 98466.
- ACH—Choose pay by "Check" and "Send Invoice" when you register to generate an invoice. Email AR@apawood.org for ACH instructions.
Confirmation, Invoices & Receipts
- Confirmations are sent by email and include your invoice/receipts. Check your ‘Junk Mail’ folder as some systems can flag as spam.
- To add an additional recipient to receive a copy of the invoice/receipts, include their email in the ‘cc’ section of personal information page when registering online OR email email@example.com with a request.

APA Annual Meeting Refund Policy
APA will provide a refund, less a $25 processing fee, for cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to the event. Online refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation of your registration, offline refunds will be processed within 10 business days. All cancellations and refund requests must be done through email and directed to Kim Sivertsen. No cancellations will be accepted by phone.
