When the City of Santa Maria needed to cover a seven million gallon water reservoir, a glulam wood roof structure proved to be the optimal engineered solution. The 57,600-square-foot roof system was also engineered to perform under Exposure C wind conditions and meet the seismic demands of a designated critical facility.
